Yes, it's true. The South Park Republicans group blog is asking for freedom from blogger. Raven, of And Rightly So! is the one requesting this and had she not just paid in for another blasted year of service she'd be asking to move herself.
Since the group blog itself is rather new it might be wise to take the history of the individual bloggers of the site into account. Most of the bloggers are or have been successful members of other group blogs in the past and present.
I'm not 100% sure how a group blog would work here but I think it may be possible to include a limited number of "post-only" mu.nu user accounts with a primary edit account. It could also be covered with a single group account they could use.
I submit this group to your yays or nays.
I'm a bad Munuvian because I always forget to suggest additions to the fold. But I'd like to bring aboard Francis at Geek Empire, if he's up for it and Pixy approves.
His style is hard to pigeonhole--some politics, some personal. The politics I'd characterize as socially liberal, fiscally conservative--call it a Republican in Name Only or a South Park Republican, whatever. You won't catch him pining for theocracy, I mean.
The personal is just goofy and amusing as all hell. And, yeah, there is this tiny little motivating factor for me in that he links me lots.
Plus his Blogger template is killing my eyes. Killing them, I tell you.
