Take a look at Talk About the Shaft (one entry down) and you will see that numerous blogs were lost when mBLog up and shutdown without any warning to the bloggers.
Bill Faith of In Bills world was one of those bloggers. Bill's has his site over on Blogsnot and had hoped to improve upon it. In his effort to improve things he just recently moved to mBlog with a site called Small Town Veteran (Unfortunately I can't provide a link as it is gone). Bill is a veteran and a great blogger. He has been asked to guest post at the Mudville Gazette and Backcountry Conservative and has provided me with very valuable information over the past few months.
I'd like to see Bill on Mu.Nu if we have room?!?!

**Update** Mr Faith is up and running again at TypePad and graciously thanks the Munuvians for their interest in hosting him. He said he is sorry he had to go elsewhere, but is looking to host bloggers of his own. Thanks again.
